DELIVERY AND RETURNS

We ship our orders via Royal Mail Special Delivery. Orders made before 1pm will be received next working day. Shipping costs costs £10 for all orders and includes insurance. If you need further information about your delivery, please contact us via rp@robinsonpelham.com

We ship our international orders via FedEx Priority. The cost for international orders is £150 and your order should arrive in 3-5 working days. Insurance is included but please ensure you have checked the order before signing for it.

All taxes and duties are covered by us.

We know you will love your Robinson Pelham jewel, but should you have made the wrong selection you can return your item within 14 days and we will be happy to arrange an exchange or a full refund for you (please be aware that we cannot refund the initial delivery/insurance surcharge). We will only issue a refund if your product is returned to us with all the original packaging and is undamaged. For more information please see our full returns policy.

By selecting "collect from store" at the checkout, you can pay for your order via our website and then collect at our Chelsea flagship store in London.

We offer a gift wrap service. Simply head to your basket and tick which item/s you'd like gift wrapping individually or if you'd like your whole order gift wrapped please select the whole order. You can also add a gift note to your recipient once you have selected gift wrap.
