Delivery and returns
We know you will love your Robinson Pelham jewel, but should you have made the wrong selection you can return your item within 14 days and we will be happy to arrange an exchange or a full refund for you (please be aware that we cannot refund the initial delivery/insurance surcharge).
Please call us on +44(0)20 7828 3492 stating the reason for your return, and pack your parcel securely in the original Robinson Pelham box. We strongly recommend you use recorded delivery or another secure method of delivery for this. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods.
Please note that we cannot offer a refund or exchange on special order items or items that have been engraved or personalised at your request.
If, for any unfortunate reason, your jewellery is faulty, then we will happily exchange like for like or arrange a full refund for you, including the initial delivery/insurance surcharge.
In order for you to receive your replacement item or your refund, we will need to receive the faulty item in its original packaging. We highly recommend that you use recorded delivery or another secure method of delivery for this. For international customers, we can arrange the collection of your faulty goods. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods.
